The Devil and the Almighty Blues blew us away with their debut album a few years ago; their second offering, simply titled “II”, is another helping of the melodic, heavy blues we loved so much from the first but with a clear maturation in songwriting. These ain’t your grandma’s blues songs – long, raw and dark, this is blues with a doom aesthetic. Highly recommended!
