It might take a couple of decades, but occasionally we are informed by the pressing plant that we have worn through the metal “mothers” used for pressing vinyl and new ones need to be made. This recently happened with Motorpsycho’s iconic Angels & Daemons at Play album from 1997, so we took the opportunity to have the vinyl lacquers newly cut by Carl Saff in Chicago. He delivered his usual high quality and we’re happy to say that the double LP is now available again on gold vinyl in much higher sound quality than ever before!
