If you are like us, your email inboxes are inundated with messages from companies you didn’t know had your addresses, all letting you know their steps against the COVID-19 pandemic. We will spare you the polemic against the virus – but there are some very real effects it’s having on our business and daily operations that we want our customers to know.
As of last Friday the German postal service has placed restrictions on certain territories for delivery. These restrictions vary greatly based on location and are changing in real time, meaning certain delivery options might or might not be available for customers depending on where you live. Currently some territories heavily affected are the USA, Australia/NZ, most of Asia, and some areas in Europe.

The pandemic has cast uncertainty onto many people’s lives and livelihoods, and we have full understanding if any customers waiting on parcels want to cancel their orders instead of waiting out these disruptions. Unfortunately for us – and all labels, record stores and bands – this uncertainty is very palatable, and webstore sales are our only viable lifeline during the crisis while shops remain closed and bands are off the road. Your continued support and patience means more to us and our artists now than ever, and we thank you for sticking with us and helping our musical community through this crisis.
